Personal Experience

I believe that personal life experience, combined with professional service, allows for a deeper multi-faceted understanding of the emotions and challenges clients encounter.

As a Saskatchewan woman born and raised on the prairies, life has taught me the complexities that come with being a child, parent, grandparent, and spouse within a diverse and blended family. I’m familiar with the nuances related to autism, ADHD, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, dementia, intergenerational dynamics, cultural perspectives, and the 2SLGBTQI+ community.

In my free time you might find me driving in and out of Saskatoon to run errands for my 90 year old father, out for lunch with my adult children, visiting my son and his husband in Montréal, attempting to keep an exercise schedule, or eating too many refined carbs while watching old movies with my husband and little dog Ruby.
